Jinee Green Card Referrals: Why Half Our Clients Come Through Recommendations
What client referrals tell you about us, and what evidence you should check for yourself.
Most people find a service through an ad or a search. At Jinee, many of our clients find us differently. A colleague or friend who worked with us recommends us. In a field where trust is hard to earn and easy to lose, that kind of recommendation carries real weight.
Based on our enrollment records, 23.05% of our new clients came through recorded referrals. That’s nearly 1 in 4.
We’re sharing this number for a reason. A referral reflects what someone actually experienced working with us, not what they saw in an ad. However, a referral number alone shouldn’t decide anything for you. This article shows what sits behind it, and how you can check it yourself.

Why Do Referrals Matter in an EB-1A or O-1A Journey?
Referrals matter because talent-visa preparation is a long, personal commitment.
People pursuing EB-1A, O-1A or EB-2 NIW often invest months of work and significant money. They also share a large part of their professional story. When someone recommends that journey to a colleague, they’re vouching for the experience of doing the work.
That’s why we track where our clients come from. It tells us whether the experience is worth repeating.
Talent-visa work also rewards patience. A strong profile is built over time through documented achievements, not assembled in a week. People who have been through that process know what it demands, so their opinion of a provider is usually informed rather than casual.
How we count a referral
A referral figure only means something if it is clear how referrals are counted. We treat a client as referred when they tell us, at enquiry or intake, that someone they know pointed them our way. Most often that is a friend, a colleague or an acquaintance who has worked with us and vouches for us. Our team records this source in our CRM at enrollment. Because clients report it themselves, the true number may be a little higher, since some people are recommended but never mention it.

What Do Independent Jinee Green Card Reviews Say?
Our own data is first-party information, so we encourage you to compare it with platforms we don’t control.
These samples are still small. Therefore, treat them as data points, not final proof. Read the reviews themselves carefully, not just the stars. Look for patterns across several reviews, and pay attention to the more critical ones, since they often say the most about what to expect. Review counts change over time, so check the live pages before you decide.

What Do Clients Repeatedly Say They Value?
The pattern in the reviews matters more than the star rating. Across public reviews, a few themes come up again and again.

A clear structure. Clients describe a roadmap that makes a confusing process manageable.

Responsive support. Many mention program managers and mentors who stay involved.

Profile strengthening. Reviewers point to help analysing and building their profiles.

Realistic guidance. Some reviewers note that we didn’t overpromise.
Not every review is perfect. A few clients felt some parts of the process could run more smoothly. We read that feedback closely, because it shows us where to improve.
04
What Exactly Are Clients Recommending?
Clients are recommending our profile-development process, not a guaranteed immigration result.
Jinee is not a law firm. We don’t decide whether anyone qualifies for a visa. Instead, our work focuses on:
- Auditing your existing achievements
- Mapping them against the relevant criteria
- Helping you build and document legitimate evidence
- Shaping a clear professional narrative
- Preparing your profile for filing
Qualified immigration attorneys then handle the legal analysis and filing. To see the full process and what you’re responsible for, read how Jinee Green Card works.
This distinction is why a referral is not a guarantee. A client may recommend the structure, the accountability, the mentorship or the way evidence gets organized. Those are experiences of the process. Whether a petition succeeds still depends on your own record and on the decision USCIS makes.

What Does a Real Referral Journey Look Like?
Here’s how referrals have played out for some of our clients. We’ve removed identifying details with their permission.
How Do Our Approval Rates Fit In?
Approvals are useful evidence, but only when you know what’s counted.
Earlier this year, we published our full approval trend, including the years it went down:
- EB-1A first-attempt approval rate: 93% in 2024, 87% in 2025, and 83% in 2026 (year to date)
- O-1A approval rate: steady at 97–98%
You can read the full breakdown, including why the trend changed, in our approval data on India.com.
These figures come from Jinee’s internal case data. They are not USCIS approval rates, and they don’t predict any individual outcome.
06
Why Should You Still Do Your Own Due Diligence?
No referral number, review score or success story should replace your own checks. Every profile is different. One person’s good experience says little about your starting evidence, field or timeline.
Before you choose any provider, including us:
- Read independent Trustpilot reviews and Google reviews.
- Ask for the written agreement before you pay.
- Understand exactly what is and isn’t included.
- Confirm who provides legal advice.
- Ask what happens if your profile takes longer than expected.
- Walk away from anyone who promises approval.
07
What Should You Take Away From Our Referral Numbers?
Referrals don’t prove Jinee works for everyone. Nothing can prove that.
What they do show is that many clients thought the experience was worth recommending. Combined with independent reviews and our published approval trend, they give you a fuller picture than a testimonial page alone.
Our aim is to give you enough information to question us properly. If you speak with our team, ask about the agreement, the timeline, the division of work between us and the attorneys, and what happens if your plans change. A provider worth recommending should be comfortable answering all of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many Jinee Green Card clients come through referrals?
Based on our enrollment records, 23.05% of our new clients came through recorded referrals. That’s nearly 1 in 4.
Are Jinee Green Card reviews independent?
Some are. Reviews on Trustpilot and Google come from independent platforms that Jinee doesn’t control. Success stories on Jinee’s own website are selected by the company.
Does a referral mean my case will be approved?
No. A referral reflects another client’s experience with the preparation process. Your outcome depends on your own evidence, profile and legal strategy, and USCIS makes the final decision.
Is Jinee Green Card a law firm?
No. Jinee focuses on profile development and evidence preparation. Qualified immigration attorneys handle legal analysis, petitions and filing.
What should I check before choosing an EB-1A or O-1A provider?
Check independent reviews, the written agreement, what’s included, who gives legal advice, and how the provider calculates any approval rate. Avoid any provider that guarantees approval.
